About us
REFLECT is a brand-new type of talent management agency in the diversity and inclusion space. REFLECT was born out of our inherent curiosity to challenge, innovate and reshape the current media landscape.
Our journey began one day during Covid, when we asked our teams to look at the media and marketing industry to see what services were missing and what we could do to change this? One group delivered an impactful pitch - a diversity and inclusion influencer and marketing agency, a space for under-represented groups within media campaigns. An agency finding talent, and making marketing campaigns with them that are truly reflective of today's societal make up.
And just like that we were born – REFLECT: inclusive talent for a more inclusive media landscape.
Our Vision
REFLECT is committed to celebrating influencers who are currently not represented in today’s media and give them centre stage. We want our talent to appear on all that we see, hear, read and share, so that everyone can see themselves reflected in the media.
We seek to work solely with brands and businesses who share our passion for diversifying the media and who are eager to ensure that D&I is built into their marketing campaigns and their brand ethos.
REFLECT is the UK’s first not-for-profit community interest company in the talent space. As a registered community interest company, we use our profits for good - with all profits generated being directed into social inclusion.

Whatever your back story, culture, religion, physicality, body shape, age or social background, everyone has a part to play at REFLECT. We respect our differences – they are what make us all unique. Our social enterprise initiatives are at the heart of REFLECT. Providing our communities with opportunities within the media previously thought out of reach.
We will champion individuality, pushing for equal representation of diverse groups in the media whilst celebrating differences within our influencers, our clients and our colleagues.
Everything we do is done with honesty coupled with the integrity of always doing the very best we can in whatever we do. We accept we may not always get it right. D&I is a tricky area, but we will always do our best, and course correct if we mess up. #bekind

Our shadow board represents all walks of life. Individuals who have excelled on their chosen path, facing challenges, grappling with and overcoming adversity along the way. We are delighted they have agreed to join us and give their time on a voluntary basis.
