With over 830 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland they provide a huge range of beauty and health services and the very best in patient care.&nbsp;Superdrug stands up for what&#39;s right and are proud of their passion and commitment to social responsibility. &nbsp;They know that it&#39;s their people that make them who they are, and they nurture and develop their talent across all of their teams.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/"> </a>The BriefSuperdrug sought the expertise of Reflect in D&amp;I marketing, tasking us with the creation of multiple assets to be broadcast on the Superdrug recruitment hub and across platforms such as; Indeed and Glassdoor. The objective was that future candidates and current employees engaging with the campaign will understand that Superdrug is an inclusive employer, aligned with their own values, and where people can be themselves.&nbsp; The goal is to engage, compel, intrigue, and inspire the target audience.
